The Texas Department of Insurance published a news release informing title agents of the annual title insurance data call, as required by the Texas insurance code.

The data call is for data from the reporting period of January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The Department uses the data to determine premium rates.

The report form and affidavit must be submitted by May 1, 2026, to [email protected]. Failing to meet the deadline may result in disciplinary action.
