The Louisiana Department of Insurance announced the repeal of Regulation 25 in the Louisiana Register.
Effective on publication in the Register on December 20, 2025, Regulation 25—Sale of Stock to Public; Stock Options has been repealed. The regulation provided information to insurers on the sale of stock to the public and stock options. It was originally promulgated on May 28, 1964, but has been repealed due to outdated law.
