An adjuster was arrested and charged with insurance fraud and theft by deception. Between October 2022 and May 2023, the man created 11 fictitious claims using false identities and created vendor estimates and invoices for work that was supposedly performed. The man assigned the claims to himself and then issued payments for the fraudulent claims and directed the funds to bank accounts he controlled.
