A man has been sentenced to 12 months of probation for insurance fraud. The man made claims to his insurance company that property had been stolen and damaged. In reality, there was no loss to any of the man’s belongings. He was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, pay a $500 fine and fees, and if his probation is violated, he will spend 18 months in prison.
