Commissioner Temple announced on November 13 that Allstate’s filing of a 7.6% decrease for the 10,746 personal auto insureds in the state has been approved. The change takes effect January 8, 2026. Also approved was Emcompass’s 15% decrease, which affects 1,516 personal auto insureds and takes effect December 8, 2025. A copy of the bulletin may be found here.
