LI-CU-2025-095 COMMERCIAL LIABILITY UMBRELLA 2025 MULTISTATE FORMS, ENDORSEMENTS AND RULES REVISIONS TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN ADDITIONAL JURISDICTIONS ISO is implementing new and revised Commercial Liability Umbrella multistate and state-specific forms and rules revisions in 3 jurisdictions. In Alaska and Louisiana, forms and rules are effective on or after April 1, 2027. In Pennsylvania, ISO does not establish an effective date for forms revisions. For rules in Pennsylvania, changes are applicable to all policies written on or after April 1, 2027. Insurers adopting the Alaska forms or rules must accept the explanatory materials in the ISO filing submission. AK, LA, PA 11/17/2025
