Is asbestos abatement covered under an HO-6 policy?I attached the policy here.
I have a large abatement bill that I need to submit to Universal Property and Casualty.

The policy is a named perils policy as follows:
"We insure for direct physical loss to the property described in Coverages A and C caused by any of the following perils unless the loss is excluded in Section I - Exclusions. However, loss does not include and we will not pay for any "diminution in value"." There is no named peril for damage from asbestos or other pollutants. Also, the exclusion for ordinance or law excludes:"c. Requiring any "insured" or others to test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond to, or assess the effects of, pollutants.Pollutants means any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed."
Asbestos is certainly a pollutant, so I don't see any coverage for the abatement. The ordinance or law and other exclusions are preceded by the standard anticoncurrent causation language which states that regardless of any covered loss that occurred in sequence or conjunction with the excluded loss, the exclusion applies.
