LI-GL-2025-254 GENERAL LIABILITY MULTISTATE FORMS AND CLASSIFICATION RELATED ENDORSEMENTS, RULES AND CLASSIFICATIONS, INCREASED LIMITS TABLE ASSIGNMENTS, LOSS COSTS AND ESTIMATED LOSS POTENTIALS (ELPS) SUPPLEMENT REVISIONS TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PENNSYLVANIA ISO is implementing new and revised General Liability multistate and state-specific Forms, Rules, Increased Limit Table Assignments, Loss Costs and Estimated Loss Potentials (ELPs) revisions in District Of Columbia and Pennsylvania. Note: It is likely that the loss costs in the filing (GL-2024-RLC24) will not be the final state loss costs that are implemented as part of the 2024 General Liability multistate revisions. The announcement of implementation in a particular jurisdiction includes the implementation of the multistate filings and any state supplement and/or amendment filing. FORMS, RULES, INCREASED LIMIT TABLE ASSIGNMENTS - These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after April 1, 2027. LOSS COSTS - These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after April 1, 2027. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their General Liability loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions. DC, PA 9/30/2025
