The Wyoming Department of Insurance published a bulletin informing insurers of a change to Wyoming Insurance Regulations Chapter 11, effective September 16, 2025.

A section has been added to Chapter 11, which states that any form that was previously approved that now conflicts with a statutory or regulatory requirement that came out after the file’s approval must be updated and filed for approval again.

Insurers are required to amend any forms that conflict with a statutory or regulatory requirement, and must refile them according to the requirements found in W.S. § 26-15-110.

The bulletin can be found here.
