FORMS: AL, AZ, AR, DE, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, VA, WV, WI, WY - These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after April 1, 2027. FL, LA, MD, NC, PR - These changes are applicable to all policies effective on or after April 1, 2027. RULES: AL, AZ, DE, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SD, TN, UT, VT, VA, WV, WI - These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after April 1, 2027. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their General Liability loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions. MD, NC - These changes are applicable to all policies effective on or after April 1, 2027. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their General Liability loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions. Note: The announcement of implementation in a particular jurisdiction includes the implementation of the multistate filings and any state supplement and/or amendment filing. Only forms filing GL-2024-OFR24 is being implemented. ISO General Liability rules and loss costs do not apply in Guam. It is likely that the loss costs in the filing will not be the final state loss costs that are implemented as part of the 2024 General Liability multistate revisions. Note, FL only: The FLOIR has stated that form CG 24 55, Unmanned Aircraft, in this filing is exempt from filing requirements and may be used without approval under Chapter 627, Florida Statutes, subject to other applicable rules or laws.
