The South Carolina Department of Insurance published a media release announcing that there will be a Consumer Assistance Site held in Greenville, South Carolina, on Saturday, August 2, 2025, for consumers impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Representatives from the Department’s Office of Consumer Services will be in attendance and available to assist consumers with questions and complaints. There will also be storm preparedness resources available to help consumers in the current hurricane season.
