A man was arrested and charged with one count of felony insurance fraud. The man filed a claim and stated that his daughter hit and killed a deer while driving the insured vehicle. In reality, she had struck and killed a pedestrian the day before the supposed accident with the deer. The man was released on $10,000 bond.
