The Wyoming Department of Insurance published a news release announcing that the Department will only accept online forms and no longer accept paper submissions for the following services:
- Letter of clearance
- Voluntary surrender
- Name change
- Address change
The change is effective as of June 1, 2025. The online forms must be submitted through Sircon.com. There is no charge except a $3.50 processing fee.
