The Missouri Department of Commerce & Insurance published a bulletin informing producers, prospective producers, and insurance companies of a change to the process for insurance producer exams in the state.

Effective immediately, producers and prospective producers looking to schedule an insurance producer examination can only take the test at a physical testing location. Previously, there was the option for online proctoring, but that will no longer be available.

Previously scheduled appointments that were scheduled through OnVue online proctoring will be honored until May 18, 2025. OnVue appointments scheduled for May 19, 2025, or after, must be rescheduled to a physical testing center.

Physical testing center locations and other information can be found here.
