A woman was arrested and charged with one count of insurance fraud and one of attempting to obtain property by false pretense, both felonies. She was also charged with operating a vehicle with no drivers license, which is a misdemeanor. The woman told her insurer that she had paid her premium and presented altered bank statements in an attempt to show that she had coverage following an auto accident.
