These Public Fire Protection Classification (PPC) changes and the Building Code Effectiveness Grading Schedule Classification (BCEGS) changes are applicable to all policies written on or after July 1, 2025. LI-FR-2025-048 PENNSYLVANIA FARM ADVISORY PROSPECTIVE LOSS COST REVISION FILED Revised advisory prospective loss costs representing a -13.0% change from the current loss costs have been filed. These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after August 1, 2025. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their Commercial Farm loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions.
