A couple has been arrested on eight arson and fraud related charges. They were each charged with second degree arson, felony conspiracy, insurance fraud and obtaining property by false pretense, all of which are felony charges. The couple burned down the insured dwelling and filed a claim with their insurer, claiming they did not know the cause of the fire.
