The California Insurance Commissioner amended a previous bulletin to expand the moratorium on cancellations and nonrenewals due to wildfire risk. As stated in an earlier article, the Department of Insurance is monitoring the fires and will update the ZIP codes in which the moratorium is in effect.
The updated ZIP codes are as follows:

The Commissioner had also previously asked all insurers who have pending non-renewals or cancellations for property located near the wildfires to pause the non-renewal or cancellation for up to 6 months–this also applies to the newly added ZIP codes.
