LI-CY-2024-008 CYBER MULTISTATE LOSS COSTS REVISION TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN ALASKA AND PENNSYLVANIA ISO is implementing the Cyber multistate loss costs revision in AK and PA. AK: Changes are applicable to all policies effective on or after March 1, 2025. This effective date applies only to  insurers who have filed their Cyber loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions. PA:  Changes are applicable to all policies written on or after February 1, 2025. This effective date applies  to those insurers who have filed their Cyber loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions.
