Insurers are to use the 2024 CRF template within the IRFS here. Insurers are required to submit the CRF on an individual insurer basis only, and if an insurer has no policies in force in Florida for the required lines, a "No Data" filing must be submitted. "No Data" filings are only required for the initial reporting notice. Once claims are received, an insurer must then submit "Data" filings. Reporting is to be cumulative and must include all claims as of the reporting date. Insurers are to download a new template – previously downloaded templates will not work. The CRF template may be found here,  frequently asked questions are available here  and IRFS filing instructions can be found here.
