These Public Fire Protection Classification (PPC) changes and the Building Code Effectiveness Grading Schedule Classification (BCEGS) changes are applicable to all policies written on or after November 1, 2024. LI-PM-2024-046 PENNSYLVANIA PERSONAL INLAND MARINE REVISED ADVISORY PROSPECTIVE LOSS COSTS APPROVED Revised advisory prospective loss costs representing a -5.2% statewide change are approved. Note: These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after December 1, 2024. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their Personal Inland Marine loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions. The Insurance Department has approved this revision as filed. Caution: This reference filing revises only certain advisory prospective loss costs for Personal Inland marine in this state. PA 7/22/2024
