A licensed insurance agent pled guilty to the charge of one count of Insurance Fraud after an investigation by the Insurance Division's Fraud Bureau. She submitted information to an insurer in support of payment of a claim knowing that the document contained false information. She was arrested in 2023. After pleading guilty, she was placed on supervised probation for 2 years and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,200.
