LI-CF-2024-062 PENNSYLVANIA COMMERCIAL FIRE AND ALLIED LINES ADVISORY PROSPECTIVE LOSS COST REVISION APPROVED Revised advisory prospective loss costs reflecting a statewide loss cost level change of +5.2% have been approved. These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after October 1, 2024. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their Commercial Fire and Allied Lines loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions.
