The Delaware Department of Insurance published a bulletin informing all property and casualty insurance companies that they must complete the Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier Survey. The survey has been revised recently, and the Department wants to make sure insurers know of the new, updated form. The form can be found here.

The survey asks for the company's name, NAIC number, date completed, and a contact telephone number. Insurers should check the box for all lines of business that they market in Delaware. The options include homeowners, auto, surplus lines (personal property, commercial property, other lines), and commercial (automobile, property, flood).

The survey should be completed every year by February 1. Any carrier that hasn't completed this year's survey should do so immediately.

The bulletin can be found here.
