A man has been arrested on one count of insurance fraud and attempting to obtain property by false pretenses, both of which are felonies. The man provided misleading information to his insurer regarding four slashed tires on his vehicle. He changed the date on his claim to occur a week after the actual police report had been filed. He has been released on a $5,000 secured bond.
