Summary: Category 25 of ISO crime forms consists of forty-nine various endorsements that change certain crime policy provisions. The endorsements have been developed to modify provisions in the crime and fidelity forms and policies. Most of the endorsements were revised in June 2022, a few were revised in 2010 or earlier, and a new endorsement was added in May 2023. The endorsements are presented in numerical order. In many of the updates minor formatting or editorial changes have been made, while others have more significant changes. Because there are so many endorsements, we have broken them into sections as follows:

Fidelity Amendatory Endorsements Part II – CR 25 11 through CR 25 20

Fidelity Amendatory Endorsements Part III – CR 25 21 through CR 25 30

Fidelity Amendatory Endorsements Part IV – CR 25 31 through CR 25 40

Fidelity Amendatory Endorsements Part V – CR 25 41 through CR 25 55

CR 25 11 includes as an "employee" the spouse of and the children over 18 years old who reside with any "employee" who is a building manager, superintendent, or janitor. Sometimes a building manager, superintendent, or janitor will live in the building where they work. They are already covered as employees of the named insured. This endorsement adds their spouse and children to the definition of "employee". Each family is then considered to be, collectively, one "employee" for the purposes of this insurance, except that in applicable situations, the paragraph on Termination Of Coverage As To Any Employee or ERISA Plan Official applies individually to the spouse and children This form can be attached to the Commercial Crime Coverage Form, the Commercial Crime Policy, and the Commercial Fidelity and Forgery Policy.

Under the government crime form and the government fidelity and forgery policy, designated treasurers or tax collectors shown in the Schedule are added as "employees". The exclusion for treasurers and tax collectors is deleted. The form can be attached to the Government Crime Coverage Form, the Government Crime Policy, and the Government Fidelity and Forgery Policy.

This endorsement adds students as "employees" under the government crime form, the government crime policy,  and the government fidelity and forgery policy. The student must be enrolled in a school under the jurisdiction of the named insured. It covers the student while they are handling or have possession of money or property in connection with sanctioned student activities.

CR 25 14 adds certain officers and employees of a Federal Reserve Bank as "employees" under the commercial crime form, commercial crime policy, and the commercial fidelity and forgery policy. Included as employees are any officer or employee that acts as an agent for the operation of an electronic funds transfer system, but only while they are acting on the insured's behalf or have care and custody of covered property.

The definition of "employee" is amended to comply with the Labor – Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959. The 2007 form amended the definition of "employee" to include all of the insured's non-compensated officers, all of the insured's non-compensated dues collectors, shop stewards, and shop chairpersons. The form can be attached to the Commercial Crime Coverage Form, the Commercial Crime Policy, and the Employee Theft and Forgery Policy. .

Coverage for trading with a specific limit of liability is provided in this endorsement. For example: a business might have its treasurer or controllers invest any excess funds. The commercial crime policy excludes any losses caused by employee theft in connection with such trading activities.

When this endorsement is added, it amends that exclusion so that trading is covered up to the limit of liability shown in the Schedule of the endorsement. That limit is included, not in addition to, the overall limit shown on the declarations. Coverage is provided for losses resulting directly from trading in a genuine account. This endorsement can be used with the Commercial Crime Coverage Form, the Commercial Crime Policy, the Commercial Fidelity and Forgery Policy, the Government Crime Coverage Form, The Government Crime Policy and the Government Fidelity and Forgery Policy.

Coverage for warehouse receipts that are excluded by the commercial crime policy is added by this endorsement. The endorsement provides a limit of liability for this coverage in the Schedule. The limit shown is part of, not in addition to, the Limit Of Insurance shown in the Declarations. When used, this endorsement provides coverage for loss that results from "fraudulent or dishonest signing, issuing, canceling or failing to cancel, a warehouse receipt or any papers connected with it." This form can be attached to the Commercial Crime Coverage Form, the Commercial Crime Policy, and the Commercial Fidelity and Forgery Policy.

This endorsement provides coverage for loss of or damage to money, securities, and other property resulting from the failure of any "employee" to faithfully perform their duties. This coverage is specifically added to the Employee Theft insuring agreement in the applicable policies. This endorsement is used to modify the Commercial Crime Coverage Form, the Commercial Crime Policy and the Commercial Fidelity and Forgery policy.

This endorsement is similar to CR 25 18, except it applies to government entities, and is used with the Government Crime Coverage Form, the Government CrimePolicy and the Government Fidelity and Forgery Policy. A Schedule is provided to indicate Employee Theft–Per Loss Coverage or Employee Theft–Per Employee Coverage, with a corresponding Limit of Insurance. The exclusions are the same as CR 25 18, seen above, with an additional exclusion for deprivation or violation of civil rights of any person by an "employee".
