A man who had been hiding for four years has been arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service for his leadership in a wide-ranging fraud ring. He was taken into custody at a marina where it is suspected he had been living. He disappeared in 2019 before a court appearance in Spokane Washington, and a reward of $10,000 was offered for information about him. He will be extradited to Washington for prosecution. He is accused of staging many well-planned auto accidents that included injuring co-conspirators to falsify accident injuries and spraying the inside of vehicles with blood.
