A woman has been charged with arson, insurance fraud, aggravated assault and cruelty to children for compelling her stepchild to start a fire inside the home on two different occasions so that she could collect the insurance money. Video and audio footage captured by the Sheriff's Office and information gathered from interviews led investigators to the discovery of the situation and the arrest of the woman.
