Under the BAP, if a collision occurs with a heavy truck that is covered under symbol #2 for collision coverage, and the vehicle is towed from the loss location, is the towing expense covered since the collision coverage was triggered?

In the 10 13 edition of the BAP, towing coverage is only provided for private passenger type vehicles, so there would be no coverage for towing of the heavy truck.
In the 11 20 edition of the BAP, towing coverage is provided for private passenger vehicles, light trucks or medium trucks. So, even in the updated form, there still would be no coverage for the heavy truck towing, even if it is otherwise a covered auto under the policy.
