A former producer was arrested after being charged with two counts of Fraudulent Sales Practice Under $10,000 and one count of Theft in the third degree. It was discovered that the man had been taking funds paid to him for his clients' premiums and instead putting the funds into his personal account for his own use. He also forged information onto clients' checks in order to steal funds. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
