A man has been charged with insurance fraud and first-degree arson for damage to his dwelling after the insurance company received a tip from an anonymous caller. The insurer was told of potential illicit activity, and authorities searched a storage unit on the property and discovered personal property that had been reported as destroyed in the fire, along with fentanyl and marijuana and other controlled substances.
