The Prosecutor's Office Insurance Fraud Unit arrested a man for submitting a fraudulent insurance claim on his vehicle. He has been charged with one count of insurance fraud, a third-degree offense. The claim investigation revealed that the man intentionally gave the insurer incorrect information regarding damage to his 2016 Jeep and that he knowingly hid the fact that the Jeep had pre-existing mold damage.
