A woman was arrested and charged with three counts of felony insurance fraud and one misdemeanor count of making a false statement on an insurance application. She falsely reported the supposed theft of two virtual games systems and jewelry from both her car and her dwelling multiple times. Claims were filed with Liberty Mutual and State Farm, and false information was provided to both insurers to support the claims.
