Two men have been charged with insurance fraud and forgery for claiming they were seriously injured in an auto accident. Both men were listed as not-at-fault drivers in the incident, and both submitted documents claiming serious injury to the insurer. The insurer reported suspicious activity to the Insurance Department and upon investigation, it was discovered that the men had forged medical records and bills in order to receive payment from the insurance company. Warrants have been issued for both men.
