A man was arrested and charged with insurance fraud and attempting to obtain property by false pretenses for providing a fictitious receipt for a Rolex watch to his insurance company. The man claimed the watch had been stolen during a break-in. Both charges are felony offenses, and the man has been released on $15,000 unsecured bond.
