A man claimed to have not noticed liquid on the floor of a grocery store before he slipped and fell. He then filed a claim for injuries. Agents from the Insurance Department's Criminal Investigations Division accused the man of falsely claiming to not be aware of liquid before his fall. He was arrested and charged with insurance fraud which is considered a felony. He has been released on a $2,000 bond and is due in court on July 16.
