A warrant has been issued for an Atlanta man who filed a claim for $37,100 for a lost piece of jewelry after having already been reimbursed for that same piece of jewelry from another carrier. He submitted an appraisal for the item along with the claim. The Criminal Investigations Division of the Insurance Department is working with the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office on this case.
