A New Jersey man has been arrested for Insurance Fraud after an investigation by the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office Insurance Fraud Unit. The man owned a transportation company and had a commercially registered van insured under his personal auto policy instead of a commercial auto policy. By doing so he deprived the insurer the proper premium for the exposure, and also deprived his employees of proper insurance coverage.
