An Iowa woman had a single vehicle accident in June of 2019 and was paid $2,503 for the damage to the vehicle. The woman then had another accident that August, which she filed with her insurance company as well. However, she hadn't repaired the vehicle from the first accident although she claimed that she had as to collect more funds from her carrier. The claim was investigated by the Iowa Insurance Fraud Bureau and she was arrested February 25, 2021.
