Only one month after its launch, new insurance recovery law firm Cohen Ziffer Frenchman & McKenna announced the hiring of its first lateral partner, one counsel, and six new associates.

Andrew Bourne, partner, is a widely acclaimed litigator who has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance coverage for his policyholder clients.

Cohen Ziffer Frenchman & McKenna also announced new counsel, Nicholas Maxwell formerly of Anderson Kill. Maxwell has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for Insurance Coverage every year since 2015.
