A warrant has been issued for an Atlanta man for insurance fraud and forgery. The man obtained insurance through Lemonade in June of 2020. He later filed a claim for water damage to a television, Rolex watch and some clothing. A receipt from a jewelry store was submitted to the company for the Rolex watch. It was discovered that the receipt was fictitious, and arrest warrants were issued for filing a false insurance claim and forgery.
