A seasonal forestry technician was arraigned on multiple counts of felony insurance fraud and grand theft for continuing to collect disability payments after returning to work for a different company and not reporting the income to his employer. He was followed by investigators who discovered that he was performing the same job but for a different company than the one he had been injured at. He was receiving disability income and work income simultaneously.
