An Oklahoma man reported his boat stolen after a three-day vacation out of town with family. What really happened is that he moved it to an unknown location. After reporting it stolen, he used a backhoe to dig a large hole and bury the boat in it. The plan was to let the ground settle and then pour concrete over it, and then build a shop building. The man is currently suspected of filing a false crime report, making a fraudulent insurance claim and removing an identification number.
