Under ISO CP 00 10 10 12 would the computers be covered but not the software that controls them due to exclusion n. ? Screen reader support is enabled.

If the computers are covered business personal property under the policy, then you are correct that the computers would have coverage for a covered cause of loss. If the software is prepackaged software then it is not excluded electronic data as described under exclusion n.; however if it is not prepackaged software then it would fall under the exclusion.
