Three people, a husband, and wife and the salesman from the car dealership, were involved in scratching a vehicle purchased from the dealership in order to total it and file an insurance claim. The dealer guided the buyers in filing the claim. A prior claim had been filed by the husband for similar damage that totaled a different vehicle. The salesman has turned himself in, but the couple and owner of the dealership are still wanted by authorities.
