As lawyers country-wide are continuing to conduct work in isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, state bars and courts have begun to adjust how they handle mandatory continuing legal education (CLE) requirements for lawyers. Some states, including New York and California, have relaxed in-person requirements, so now lawyers in those locations can get most, if not all, of their CLE credits online.
If you still need to satisfy your continuing legal education requirements, you might be interested to know that ALM offers several virtual CLE courses that are directly related to insurance. The courses include some very timely topics including social inflation, cannabis, vaping, the Internet of Things, and a complimentary program: Navigating the Coronavirus Pandemic: How Firms are Aiding Clients and Running Their Own Operations.
You can access our CLE Center, and find all of our insurance course options here.
