An Ohio agent has had his license, and the license of agency revoked for using fraudulent, coercive and dishonest practices. Between 2014 and 2018 the agent was found to have submitted fabricated documents to carriers in order to be listed as beneficiary on his clients' life and annuity insurance policies. Also, he intentionally withheld, misappropriated or converted $500,000 or more without his clients' knowledge or consent.
