As with all technology, the FC&S platform was showing its age, and it was time for an upgrade. Since early last year, the editors worked with our Product and Development teams to significantly upgrade and improve FC&S. We took feedback and recommendations from a number of our subscribers that helped form the design and functionality of the new site. We wanted FC&S to provide you with the information you need most quickly and easily, and talking to frequent users helped us develop that.
Therefore, the new FC&S Expert Coverage Interpretation was born. It's our upgraded site with a new name to better express what FC&S provides to the insurance industry: a single, trusted, objective source for insurance policy analysis that helps you find the information you need quickly and easily.
We've been moving subscribers to the new site since last March, and all remaining subscribers are on the new platform as of Dec. 1, 2019.
What's New?
With the upgraded platform you can:
- Search and navigate Q&As, topics, or lines of business to find answers to your specific questions.
- Refine your search further and filter by article, discussion, analysis and more to find the exact information you're looking for.
- Receive customizable alerts of changes in relevant policies and trends.
- Submit documents with your Ask the Experts request.
If you're a long-time user of FC&S, you might find the new platform takes a little getting used to, but we believe that the more you access FC&S Expert Coverage Interpretation, the more you'll like it.
