Our insured recently went into their attic and discovered mold. They have a pull-down staircase to access the attic, but claim that they never go into the attic.

Would this fit the definition of "unknown to all 'insureds' and is hidden within the walls or ceilings or beneath the floors or above the ceilings of a structure?"
