Ordinance or Law and Building Code Recommendations
I have had a customer have the roof damaged by wind and has asked for an additional $500.00 to cover the cost of "ice shield". They have submitted a copy of the 2000 international building code that recommends the installation of ice shield.
My question is, under the HO 00 03 10 00, Part E. Additional Coverages, paragraph 11, Ordinance or Law.
